By accessing or using Vorim AI ("the Service", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Vorim AI offers the following plans:
Payment Terms: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers receive grandfathered pricing for one billing cycle after notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Enterprise customers receive a contractual SLA with credits for downtime. Free tier users receive best-effort service without uptime guarantees.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
Your Data: You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service (audit events, agent metadata, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.
Public Trust Data: By registering an agent, you acknowledge that the agent's public key, fingerprint, trust score, and registration date will be publicly accessible via our Trust API. This is a core feature, not optional.
Aggregated Data: We may use anonymised, aggregated data (e.g., total events processed, average trust scores) for analytics, research, and service improvement.
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Vorim AI Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.
The Vorim AI Protocol (VAIP) specification is open source and freely available. Our SDKs (TypeScript, Python) are licensed under MIT. The hosted Service itself is proprietary.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Trust scores are computed based on available data and should not be the sole basis for security decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VORIM AI LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vorim AI Ltd. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
For users in the European Union, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vorim AI Ltd.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
